The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Director of Operations to execute Penny Lawns plans to rock the hardscape and landscape industry! The ideal candidate for this position should have experience building relationships within the world of construction, homeowners, community government, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Team of door to door sales representatives; setting schedule, territory, and tracking lead production.
- May Close sales or support sales closer; act as closer in face to face hardscape/landscape sales meetings with homeowners.
- Collaborate with Design Architect who will produce solutions to offer the homeowner in one-on-one sales meetings.
- Conduct warm calling to potential clients to generate new business opportunities
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objective
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Support both both business and residential accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
- Proven Door to Door sales management experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze client needs and provide effective solutions
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
