Sales Manager
Fox Appliance Parts is seeking a qualified Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new accounts and grow existing accounts. This candidate must be a motivated team player with a positive attitude, sense of urgency and high energy level, along with dependability, honesty and integrity.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the activities and performance of the outside sales team.
- Plan and coordinate product training for customers and outside sales representatives.
- Set individual sales targets with the sales team, tracking sales targets and reporting results.
- Review and make recommendations for customer price schedules and discount rates.
- Monitor customer sales to determine best methods for sales efforts.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers.
- Consult with department heads to plan advertising campaigns.
- Recognize issues, problems, or opportunities and determine action needed.
- Identify and meet with potential new customers regarding their needs.
- Hire and train outside sales representatives.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Attend industry meetings and participate in trade shows.
- Assure that Fox policies and procedures are understood, followed, and enforced.
- Other related duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to design and implement successful sales strategies.
- Advanced time management skills.
- Planning, organizing and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM to manage the sales pipeline and forecasts.
