ANDMORE is Hiring a Sales Manager Near Atlanta, GA

The company owns and operates more than 20 million square feet of premium event and showroom space, hosting live events in Atlanta, High Point, N.C., Las Vegas, and New York City. WHAT YOU"LL DO

This is a well-rounded entry to mid-level, position, that involves sales, customer service and communication tasks. The ideal candidate for this position is highly motivated and organized, with strong people skills and attention to detail. The position offers working with an energetic and driven team, and gaining a deeper understanding of the apparel wholesale industry. 

You will be responsible for tradeshow booth sales, logistics, customer service, and assisting the sales team for ANDMORE's 5 Atlanta Apparel shows and 2 Las Vegas Apparel shows.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

80% Sales

  • Sells and assigns exhibit space for seven shows per year via telephone, face-to-face and email communications.
  • Pursuit of new customers/new business by identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Identifies and/or maximizes the sales opportunity for assigned shows/events and helps determine sales actions to be taken on certain accounts
  • Responsible for closing sales to all levels of customers, including the management and care of new customers for the first show cycle.
  • Strategically place new and retention customers on the show floor
  • Grow and maintain a new exhibitor program to increase retention and ensure customer success
  • Help Account Executives in providing successful re-signing and customer service to customers.
  • Follow up with retention customers that are not returning, working with Account Executives to engage and close renewal sales.
  • Achieve sales goals as assigned and track self-performance.
  • Attends appropriate industry events and competing Tradeshows as needed.
  • Meets with all assigned exhibitors on show site before and during market times, to ensure outstanding customer service 

10% Marketing, Logistics, Departmental 

  • Assist with strategizing and compiling exhibitor lists for marketing needs.
  • Assists with proof-reading of the Buyer’s Guide Listings, Exhibitor Applications, Exhibitor Service Manuals, Market Announcements and Signage ….
  • Provide appropriate edits to the floor plans.
  • Aids to collect unpaid balances from exhibitors.
  • Assists floor managers onsite with taking pictures of all exhibitors, delivers violations if required, collects testimonials/quotes, and prevents early teardown. 
  • Maintain CRM database for accuracy and exceptional notes 
  • Assists with other special projects including, but not limited to: booth sales for other categories, show office staffing, telephone coverage and clerical tasks.

 10% Administrative/Assisting the Team 

  • Answers and screens incoming calls; provides Tradeshow information and/or solicits booth space sales from callers.
  • Types, copies, and collates forms, applications and service kit materials; coordinates the production and collation of mailing projects.
  • Runs reports as directed.
  • Greets visitors in main lobby reception areas during markets and assists them with questions they have about ANDMORE and our markets. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferred undergraduate degree from four-year college or university. 
  • Prior related work experience in trade show sales, wholesale representative, or Retail /Apparel Industry is a plus, but not required. 
  • General sales experience is required.
