Director of Human Resources
Location: Huntsville, Alabama ; Dallas, Texas ; Alexandria, Virginia ; Columbia, Maryland
Reports To: COO
Requirements: Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
Parry Labs is looking for an experienced Director of Human Resources to build and lead all “people” operations for the company, including but not limited to; recruiting, training and development, compensation analysis, benefits, organizational planning and culture. The ideal candidate has significant experience wearing multiple hats and requires an experienced HR professional who is ready to be a part of a team and take on the exciting challenge of building our brand and culture. The candidate must have a working knowledge of human resource principles and be an assertive, self-starter that can build a successful, supportive HR program from scratch. The candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment with varying demands on their time. The Director of Human Resources will contribute to the ongoing development and transformation of the office environment, and as a team player will be a key contributor to a positive workplace culture.
