Park City Culinary Institute is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Salt Lake, UT
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who is committed to creating an extraordinary student experience and help to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our culinary school. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner, have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, work collaboratively, be able to multitask, and enjoy working in a school environment. As an Administrative Assistant you will play a crucial role in the overall operation of our culinary school, while working closely with executive leadership, the Admissions team, our Chef Instructors, and our students.
Responsibilities:
Student Enrollment: Liaise closely with the Admissions team to ensure student enrollment records are up to date and accurate. Assist in sending out contracts and course information and details to enrolled students.
Event Management: Work with our Chef Instructors to set and publicize class schedules and details and monitor enrollments. Ensure classes are properly listed and advertised. Support the Corporate and Private Events team as needed.
Email Marketing: Support the marketing of our courses, recreational classes and special events. Monitor and maintain our email list and support the tracking and reporting of our marketing campaigns. Help ensure accurate and timely communication with students and prospective students.
Administrative Support: Take responsibility for keeping school paperwork and administrative supplies organized and stocked. Proactively seek out opportunities to improve school operations and assist in projects and tasks as needed and directed.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role with similar job duties is preferred.
Strong organizational and time management skills with great attention to detail.
Comfortable using the Google Suite, DocuSign, Eventbrite, and Mailchimp.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to both follow instructions effectively and proactively contribute.
Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
Respectful and able to work well with a diverse team.
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings.
Willingness to pass a background/credit check.
Salary and Benefits:
$16-20 an hour based on experience and schedule.
