Software Technology Group is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Salt Lake, UT

Software Technology Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team! This position requires someone who is hungry, humble and smart. The person in this position will support our sales team in a variety of ways including managing contracts, scheduling interviews, creating reports, and assisting with day to day administrative tasks. This is a full-time position with full benefits. This is a hybrid position with most days remote and occasional on site days in the STG office. STG is located in the state of Utah, and applicants must be willing to work in Utah business hours and be living in the state or willing to relocate.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 - 3 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Strong ability and experience with professional email communications, microsoft office and/or Google Docs and Drive
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships while engaging in compassionate accountability
  • Experience creating reports and basic analysis of the data collected
  • Ability and desire to learn and understand the technical aspects of the position
  • Strong skills in organization, time management, self sufficiency, critical thinking and proactivity
  • Experience with working and managing tasks with flexibility while producing all necessary results

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Previous experience with Trello or other Kanban systems
  • Experience in anticipating the needs of sales team members
  • Experience with Slack or other team communication system
  • Familiarity with the vocabulary of software development in order to understand the skills and context of hiring to a Software consulting company
