Summary
Beam, Longest, and Neff (BLN) is a full service heavy civil engineering, disaster recovery, and program management firm. Founded over 75 years ago, BLN is a leading firm across the United States. BLN is seeking administrative assistants who are interested in supporting large, diverse teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for tasks such as filing, generating reports, managing communications, book-keeping, and ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
- Provide high quality customer service
- Attend meetings, as directed by senior management
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Strong organization, planning, and multitasking skills; attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks successfully without supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in the use of computers and tablets
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft office suite
