Davies Allen is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Salt Lake, UT

Job Purposes

As an administrative assistant you will be a key part of project management. Working heavily in our CRM Software, coordinating schedules, and producing reports on a regular basis. You will help craft a premium experience for clients at Davies Allen. You will manage the front office at our Salt Lake office. 

What will you do?

  • Set the tone and be the face of the Salt Lake office
  • Assist in scheduling with clients and coordinating with internal team members
  • Maintain a CRM Database
  • Produce and design reports to improve productivity and efficiency within the team
  • Communicate daily with clients and team members
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Regularly update and create records across several softwares
  • Work with the other Administrative team members to assist as needed
