Job Summary____________________________________________________________________Under general supervision by the CFO, the Director of Human Resources leads the development, implementation, and coordination of human resources processes, programs, and systems to support Overture Center in the successful attainment of business objectives. This job is responsible for compensation and benefits, staffing, organizational and employee development/training, collective bargaining negotiations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, compliance with state and federal human resources regulations, inquiries regarding individual employees, and community relations in terms of employee issues.
