The Regional Director Operations oversees and manages operations of three communities in Southeastern Wisconsin, as assigned by the owner of the facilities. The role of the Regional Director of Operations is to ensure that operations objectives are met to support the day-to-day operations, communities’ financial well-being and the health and safety of residents across all communities. This is achieved through providing consultation, guidance, and professional expertise to the operations teams. This position is responsible for oversight of all aspects of operations at all three locations through the leadership and development of House Manager’s and front-line staff at each location to accomplish staffing, census, satisfaction, and compliance goals. This role will be responsible for carrying out the company’s mission, implementing an effective strategic plan and ensuring the financial viability of the organization.
