Compensation: $18.60 and above based on experience

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in record maintenance, information processing, or Human Resources
- Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Associates Degree in Business related field
- Previous experience in Human Resources
- Working knowledge of HRIS system (Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.)
- Working knowledge of electronic personnel file system (OnBase)
