This position processes all employment changes within the HRIS system such as hires, rehires, transfers and terminations. In addition, this position is responsible for maintaining a wide variety of team member information and records, processing HR related information, and providing support to team members, leaders, retirees, and the human resources department. Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in record maintenance, information processing, or Human Resources
Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities
Attention to detail
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications:
Associates Degree in Business related field
Previous experience in Human Resources
Working knowledge of HRIS system (Lawson, PeopleSoft, etc.)
Working knowledge of electronic personnel file system (OnBase)
