Evaluate and communicate needs of the region, serving as a liaison between the end user, regional information technology services and system services. Analyze regional impact of both minor changes and large system initiatives. Support users in application of technology (e.g., Electronic Health Record - EHR) to support communication and decision-making during patient care delivery.Qualifications:
BS in Pharmacy or Pharm D
3-5 years experience in an ambulatory and/or inpatient setting working with providers, nurses, and other clinical health personnel and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited hospital-based pharmacy residency
Project leadership experience
Performance improvement experience
Electronic Health Record (EHR) utilization
Wisconsin licensure as a pharmacist (minimum CE credits) or eligibility for Licensure is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in medical informatics, computer science, or clinical discipline such as Nursing, Medical Technology, Pharmacy, etc.
Epic experience
PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics Residency
Experience implementing and maintaining software applications in a healthcare or business setting
Experience with Smart Pumps and integration to Electronic Health Record (EHR)
Experience with Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADCs), packaging systems, and/or other forms of pharmacy automation
