Shift: M-F 4pm - 12:30am weekends & holidays as needed 3pm - 11:30pm
Compensation: Commensurate based on experience
Hours Per Week: 40
Weekends: Yes
Benefit Eligible
- High school diploma or GED and an additional 1 year of schooling beyond high school in a technical school or university. In lieu of education, would consider applicable experience.
- Two years supervisory experience in Environmental Services or related field in a large organization, preferable a health care setting.
- Strong working knowledge of infection control practices and equipment required with demonstrated ability to manage multiple areas and processes.
- Demonstrates the ability to work with diverse workforce to produce high quality outcomes.
- Environmental procedures and enforcing compliance with appropriate policies and procedures.
- Two-year associate supervision degree. Courses in computer applications.
- Preferably supervision or business-oriented courses. Working towards a two-year associate supervision degree highly desirable
- Experience with union work force
- Experience with cleaning equipment and floor care
- Experience with computer applications
