This position is responsible for the supervision of other staff members and does take the lead in the afternoon when lead cook and/or manager are absent. Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-3 years short order grill and prep experience
Servsafe Certified within 6 months of hire
Verbal, written, math skills. Follow recipes, proper storage, safe food handling and knife skills. Sanitation knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Formal training through food service courses, culinary training
