- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN). Will consider other nursing degrees on an individual basis.
- Relevant clinical experience working with patient and families.
- Valid driver's license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin
- Client Rights Specialist Training to be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Ability to present/coach/teach effectively, excellent verbal and written communication
- Process improvement experience
- Ability to act independently while maintaining an environment of teamwork and collaboration
- Ability to analyze current processes and patient/family interactions, identify problems or opportunities and make recommendations
- Superior interpersonal skills, including an ability to build relationships
- Navigate EPIC for clinical information
