In this dynamic role you will assist homeowners by answering questions, identifying solutions, and ultimately enrolling them as clients with On Q Property Management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Contact potential clients through leads
• Qualifies each new homeowner lead and sets appointments
• Manages daily appointments with homeowners and appropriately follows up with prospects throughout the signup process
• Leverage customer service skills to cultivate prospective homeowners and understand their needs
• Build superior rapport with clients
• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Reach (and exceed) key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth owner onboarding experience
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Active TX Real Estate License
• Valid Driver’s License and qualifying Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Customer Service Champion
• Strong multi-task, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to new technology, software, and systems swiftly
• 1 year(s) of experience in a sales, property management, or like role
• Understanding of Tenant and Fair Housing Laws
