Summary:

CSG Investments, Inc. (CSG) is a global buy-and-hold institution headquartered in Plano, TX. CSG provides flexible and creative capital solutions for all types of commercial and industrial customers. CSG is an affiliate of Beal Bank and Beal Bank USA, both multi-billion-dollar financial institutions. CSG seeks to make direct investments in companies across multiple sectors.

CSG is searching for a Business Development Analyst who will help consider potential opportunities to achieve the organization’s strategic goals and objectives utilizing their business acumen, relationship building skills and analytical capabilities.

The position is on-site in our Plano, TX headquarters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Help to source, research and analyze information to deliver actionable information related to potential deals for investment consideration
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources
• Assist in the preparation of presentations and materials for senior management and committee review
Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications (education, work experience, certifications, etc.):

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing or Economics or equivalent desired; MBA is a plus
• Minimum three to five years of relevant work experience preferred
• Understanding of commercial lending with research and analytical skills related to the evaluation of opportunities and risk
• Demonstrated critical thinking to analyze complex, unique loan transactions
• Strong relationship building and persuasion skills
• Highly organized, detailed and able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple ongoing projects and tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization
Proficiency with Microsoft Office with ability to quickly learn new programs and applications
