We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the operation of a busy mail and copy center supporting a law firm in downtown Philadelphia. The primary duties will involve copy production, including various print jobs with different forms of finishing and binding to meet client specifications. Additional responsibilities include mail processing and delivery, conference room and hospitality set up, and general office support.
