Pediatric Dental Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dental Office Manager in our Philadelphia, PA office located in the Northeast to oversee the smooth functioning of our pediatric and orthodontic services.
As the Dental Office Manager, you will maintain efficient administrative processes, coordinate patient care, and support the team. You will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient work environment that enables our dental team to provide exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate can communicate with grace, is a creative problem solver, and is consistent.

Office Location:6595C Roosevelt Blvd Philadelphia PA 19149
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 7:45 am to 5:00 PM, Wednesday 7:45 am to 7:00 PM, Friday 7:15 am to 3:00 PM, Saturday 7:45 am to 1:00 PM(once per month)

Founded in 1975, PDA has grown to serve 100,000 patient visits annually. In addition, the practice operates leading pediatric residency programs through partnerships with Temple University Hospital and Cooper University Hospital.
