Local property management group seeking a highly-motivated Leasing Consultant/Office Manager for an apartment complex in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Minimum 2 years Leasing and/or sales experience required.
Responsibilities include leasing, marketing, managing social networking and providing customer service to existing residents.
Ideal candidates will possess professional oral/written communication skills, strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize and strong sales skills. Must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
