Your Role:
As a Leasing Manager at RISE Oxford Village, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leading and motivating a high-performing leasing team to achieve leasing goals and exceed expectations.
  • Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
  • Conducting tours of our community and apartments, highlighting the unique features and benefits of RISE Oxford Village.
  • Overseeing the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing, lease signings, and move-in coordination.
  • Collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in student housing or multi-family property management is preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to leasing and resident relations.
  • Proven track record of driving leasing performance and exceeding leasing goals.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
