Your Role:
As a Leasing Manager at RISE Oxford Village, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional living experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating a high-performing leasing team to achieve leasing goals and exceed expectations.
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain high occupancy rates.
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Conducting tours of our community and apartments, highlighting the unique features and benefits of RISE Oxford Village.
- Overseeing the leasing process from start to finish, including application processing, lease signings, and move-in coordination.
- Collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure the highest standards of quality and service are maintained.
- Previous experience in student housing or multi-family property management is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to leasing and resident relations.
- Proven track record of driving leasing performance and exceeding leasing goals.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
