This position will be until September. You will be working out of our Left Bank Apartments - 288 units in Philadelphia, PA! We are in University City with easy access to U Penn and Drexel University. Leasing Sales Consultant will have sales experience or an industry front-runner and influencer who delivers extraordinary customer experiences.Our Leasing Teammates are top sales performers, providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through the execution of AIR's sales process.Responsibilities: Manage consumer life cycle, from acquisition to retention.Lease apartments and assist in community marketing.Follow sales process for on-site visits, including scheduling, presenting, giving tours, and following up.Provide leasing support to all communities in AIR portfolio.Consistently reach or exceed monthly leasing goals.QualificationsPA Real Estate License (Recommended/ Not required) At least 1 year of related sales and customer service experience in a fast paced service environment (ie, property management, hospitality, retail, restaurant etc.).Must be familiar with setting/achieving goals with ability to follow a sales processAbility to provide exceptional customer service to address the needs of current and future residents in a friendly and professional manner.A reliable mode of transportation.Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.Ability to read, write, and speak English.The most successful AIR Leasing Team Members are:Sales InnovatorsCustomer-FocusedPassionateOrganizedConcise CommunicatorsMotivatedSolution-FocusedAdditional InformationAIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual, team and company levels.
