Looking for a Leasing Manager for a 100 unit building in Philadelphia with at least 2 years experience in the field.
Must be good at multitasking and problem solving. This fast pace position in handling issues with residents, and staff is ever changing, needs to be willing to adapt to all circumstances.
Must be proficient in Excel & Word, knowledge of Yardi/CRM a plus.
Salary is negotiable with experience.
