Nuvolum is Hiring a Business Development Representative Near San Francisco, CA

Company Overview:

We’re looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to drive new business leads to the next level within our organization. This is a high-visibility, high-impact, client-facing role, responsible for meeting/exceeding sales goals and building upon our already robust pipeline to locate prospective clients.. Ideal candidates have a passion and drive to generate results and are action-oriented individuals who can align others with their vision and lead them toward success.

At this time, we can only consider applicants with authorization to work in the United States on a permanent, full-time basis; unfortunately, we cannot provide visa sponsorship.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be instrumental in driving our business growth by identifying and qualifying potential opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting new clients, initiating contact, and nurturing relationships to create sales-ready leads for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling, email outreach, social media, and networking.
  2. Research and analyze target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities.
  3. Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to introduce Nuvolum's solutions, understand their pain points, and identify opportunities for partnership.
  4. Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective outreach strategies, messaging, and campaigns to drive lead generation and pipeline growth.
  5. Utilize CRM software to track prospect interactions, document lead progress, and ensure accurate data management.
  6. Engage in consultative selling to educate prospects on the value proposition of Nuvolum's offerings and address any objections or concerns.
  7. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and effectively communicate qualified opportunities to the sales team for further follow-up.
  8. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or related roles is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with prospects.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to identify and prioritize potential opportunities effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and quotas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and best practices in business development.
