As an HR Generalist at Northdale, you will serve as the on-site coordinator of HR for a 120-bed, Long-Term Care and Short-Term / Sub-Acute Care nursing center (approximately 140 employees). You will work with leadership to post jobs, recruit and onboard, and orient new hires, as well as key time entries, manage time clock corrections, and process bi-weekly payroll. You will also maintain employee records in the HRIS and serve as the Employee Enthusiasm Committee Champion to support center’s employee engagement and appreciation programs.
