Northdale Rehabilitation Center is Hiring a Human Resources Generalist Near Tampa, FL

Are you searching for an exciting new career opportunity in healthcare Human Resources? Then come join us at Northdale Rehabilitation Center!

As an HR Generalist at Northdale, you will serve as the on-site coordinator of HR for a 120-bed, Long-Term Care and Short-Term / Sub-Acute Care nursing center (approximately 140 employees). You will work with leadership to post jobs, recruit and onboard, and orient new hires, as well as key time entries, manage time clock corrections, and process bi-weekly payroll. You will also maintain employee records in the HRIS and serve as the Employee Enthusiasm Committee Champion to support center’s employee engagement and appreciation programs.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with general HR concepts in all areas of HR.
  • Recruiting and Onboarding experience.
  • Managing Time Entries and processing bi-weekly Payroll experience; preferably for an employer with 100 employees.
  • Proficiency in the use of a Computer and Internet-Based Applications and Programs.

OTHER SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Healthcare HR experience preferred.
  • Prior Long-Term Care experience a plus.
  • HR and Payroll systems experience preferred. UltiPro, Kronos and Indeed or similar a plus.
  • PHRs or related welcome!

EDUCATION

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business-related field a plus
