The HRIS Analyst will manage our Human Capital Management (HCM) system (Oracle Cloud) and lead the documentation process of all HR functions. This position is responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of HR data, implementing efficient HRIS workflows, and documenting all HR processes in compliance with company policies and regulations.This position will report into the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer.
