We're committed to enhancing the associate experience at GEICO, and we're looking for a Manager, Site Operations and Workplace Experience Management to support our delivery within their location.
As the Manager of Site Operations, you will deliver critical projects to improve the associate experience while overseeing the day-to-day governance and operations of the office. You'll develop business relationships at all levels of the company, creating partnerships with various departments to improve associate and community engagement across the region.
Responsibilities: - Partner with Human Resources to enhance the associate experience through onsite activities such as holidays luncheons, conferences, DEI events, and other initiatives
- Advocate for the various facility and security needs of the office, working as a liaison with IT and security to ensure associates have proper equipment, furniture, food services, etc.
- Collaborate with DEI for community engagement while overseeing GEICO cares and relationships with the chamber of commerce, and other local partners
- Manage budgeting and data analysis to identify issues at our sites and crafting viable solutions to diagnosis them
While growing to understand the many intricacies of each department and the needs of our associates, you'll partner with the Senior Manager of Site Operations, other Site Operations Managers and other senior executives to best facilitate and orchestrate a positive experience for our people. In office expectation is 4 to 5 days a week as this is an onsite location position.
