UF Health St. Johns is Hiring a HRIS Analyst - Human Resources, Full-time Near Saint Augustine, FL

The HRIS Analyst uses data analytics to improve efficiency and productivity of Human Resources processes and various hospital initiatives. This position provides reports and recommendations to leadership based on statistical findings and gives administrative support for hospital wide performance evaluation systems. Utilizes HRIS functionality to continually provide a more engaging experience with employees.

This position may be partially remote but a regular presence on site is required.

  • Essential Responsibilities
    Creates quality reports, charts, and graphs to improve processes and programs within Human Resources and other departments as needed.
  • Develops and documents employee performance evaluation systems used by leadership and maintains such systems in an administrative capacity.
  • Conducts research on best-practice methods and implements such practices as needed to improve efficiency and productivity of employees.
  • Integrates performance management with all Human Resource Talent Management functions. Promotes performance management techniques with employees and leadership.
  • Develops, documents, and reports Human Resource metrics to leadership.
  • Ensures performance management systems are used to capacity by documenting, communicating, and developing systems users.
  • Engages employees and leadership in goal setting for performance improvement.
  • Controls accountability by reviewing, communicating, and documenting policies and procedures set by leadership.
  • Remains current on performance and accountability management tools, techniques, and training to bring insightful knowledge to the hospital. Redefines processes and programs used by employees and leadership to include forward thinking initiatives.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree required in Human Resources, Health Administration, Business Administration or Related Area of Study
  • Master's Degree preferred

Experience

  • Two years Human Resources experience required.
  • Experience with Ultipro/UKG, Kronos, and/or Peoplesoft strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and HRIS reporting skills required.
