They are seeking a transformational and visionary VP of Human Resoruces to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy. This is a unique opportunity to shape the culture and HR practices of an organization that has never had a VP, HR. The successful candidate will lead an HR department of 7 employees, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for human resources that aligns with the organization's goals and values.
• Lead the HR team to deliver high-quality support and services across recruitment, talent development, employee relations, and benefits management.
• Foster a culture of excellence, diversity, and inclusion that supports the wellbeing of all employees.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all matters related to people and organizational development.
• Design and execute effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

• Proven experience leading an HR organization in a VP or CPO level role in a healthcare setting is required.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to implement HR strategies and processes and manage diverse teams.
