- Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and cultivate a team of senior and staff accountants.

- Perform Accounting Functions: Craft financial statements, financial planning analysis, cash flow forecasting, month end close, and budgeting.
- Simplify Accounting Complexity: Research technical issues and translate them into a more digestible manner.
- Craft Seamless Client Connections & Deliver Quality Results: Ensure client expectations are met, become a client's trusted advisor, and turn client relationships into long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field is required
- CPA highly preferred
- Experience in audit, assurance or accounting consulting OR experience in leadership accounting or financial role for small to midsize company
- Management/team leadership experience
- Strong accounting and finance knowledge and experience (month/year-end close, general ledger, financial systems, financial reporting, consolidations, reconciliations, cash flow modeling, etc.)
- Advanced Excel and modeling skills (pivots, lookups, complex formulas, and macro capability)
- Self-starter – candidate is expected to serve as the main point of contact with clients and maintain a solid client relationship without direct supervision
- Highly organized - candidate is expected to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
