Job Description:

We are in search of a Vice President of Finance and Accounting who epitomizes excellence, brings unparalleled expertise, and thrives in the fast-paced environment of a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate possesses a distinguished educational degree from an Ivy League institution or its equivalent, complemented by a proven track record of leadership in finance and accounting roles. A CPA license is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient financial operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the companys growth objectives, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and other critical reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to senior management to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Evaluate and improve internal controls and processes to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance and accounting function.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with financial objectives.

Requirements:

• Candidates must live in the Central Florida region ; this is not a remote work position.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• A CPA license is strongly preferred or a desire to pursue a CPA license.
• 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the central Florida area.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while fueling the relentless pursuit of growth.
