Job Description

• Daily pricing customer spot loads, lane pricing and projects.
• Working closely with Carrier Sales team to make sure they understand customer requirements and collaboratively develop solutions to increase business levels.
• Build solid relationships with customers and grow accounts.

Our successful candidates must be confident talking on the phone and comfortable working in a fast paced, often stressful environment. The new hire should have experience pricing full truck load of either flatbed, step deck or RGN. Must be self-motivated, dependable, detail oriented, have the ability to prioritize and can work with little or no supervision. An ability to work independently of others and as a cohesive team is required.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years experience pricing freight to customers
• Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and an ability to learn software developed for our business
• Excellent written, verbal, and basic mathematics skills required
• College degree is a plus
