DataArt is Hiring an Account manager Near Dallas, TX

Client: Our client is one of the leaders in Environmental Services in North America.
Project overview: Building a brand new user interface for a complex client system on React JS. DataArt's specialists are helping the client migrate from legacy technologies to a modern technology stack through re-architecture and re-purchase strategies. DataArt specialists work closely with the client to help them develop capabilities to evolve and maintain the solution independently.
  • Position overview: We are looking for a candidate who is Indianapolis-based, ready to work on-site at least 3 days/week
  • The estimated salary range for this position is 120,000 USD to 150,000 USD per year plus commissions.

  • Responsibilities: Create, manage, and lead a portfolio of client engagements focused on achieving significant business outcomes for clients by developing new or re-engineering existing IT systems, products, and services
  • Create and own the strategic account development plan
  • Be responsible for client relationships and customer experience as the main point of contact and escalation
  • Track engagement and project performance against account metrics
  • Translate client business goals and industry trends into new business opportunities
  • Manage contract completion and compliance and be responsible for revenues, margins, billing, and profits
  • Advocate for the best team and the best conditions to successfully complete each project
  • Work closely with the DataArt global delivery team to manage large-scale service engagements –planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting
  • Facilitate the education of the DataArt team regarding client business, industry, environment, and change management
  • Understand the key risks and assist in managing and mitigating them through tactical plans and actions
  • Manage the third parties involved in DataArt’s engagements with clients
  • Report monthly according to normal department procedures on account performance metrics, key issues, opportunities, changes, and objectives
  • Communicate with all stakeholders and colleagues in a timely manner
  • 5 years of experience in sales, account management, customer service, project management or consulting
  • Excellent understanding of environment: key players, strategies, business models, needs, challenges, and trends
  • Communication with all management levels, from “C” level executives to IT professionals
  • Experience in Digital Transformation projects, cloud migration, and change management
  • Demonstrate strategic, creative, and analytical sales approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships
  • A team player who is also highly self-managed and self-motivated
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think, write, and present in a logical, structured, and polished manner
  • Decent understanding of the software systems and data that are widely used in the industry
  • Knowledge of project management processes including scope definition, project plans, resource plans, budgets, and milestone identification
  • Ability to work effectively in a high risk/reward environment
  • Experience working with multinational distributed teams
  • Understanding of modern IT technologies, tools, methodologies
