Job Description

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

General Description: The Administrative Assistant provides a broad variety of administrative support across corporate and operational objectives. The administrative assistant will report to CEO and COO

Supervision Received: Reports to CEO

Essential Functions:

  • Provide administrative support to management
  • Track chief executive’s tasks and projects to ensure appropriate prioritization is completed with respect to deadlines and organizational developments.
  • Manage and organize documents, files and records
  • Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and faxes
  • Prepare meeting agendas and materials
  • Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Prepare and distribute policies and procedures
  • Assist in drafting important documents and presentation materials for meetings
  • Prepare and coordinate the creation of agenda and meeting minutes
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Run office errands, as needed
  • Offer general assistance, as needed.
  • Work with the attorneys, as necessary
  • Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-3 years’ experience as Administrative Assistant.

Skills and Abilities you have:

  • Extremely organized and detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and think logically.
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills
  • Excellent time-management combined with an impressive level of detail orientation
  • Working knowledge of current technologies (MS Office suite, Google Drive, etc)
  • World -class level of work ethic, tenacity, and ambition
  • Passion for excellent service, learning new skills/concepts, communicating across divisions, and project management
  • Proactive and creative problem solver

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
