National Payroll Services Llc is Hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist Near Dallas, TX
Job Summary
Responsible for and overseeing that all vendor invoices and hospital check requests are properly and timely processed and paid. Safely manages the environment of care.
Essential Job Duties:
- Open and distribute mail.
- Maintain and process emails that comes through A/P email.
- Answer phones.
- Photocopying as needed.
- Stuff envelopes for check runs and deliver checks to mailroom.
- Maintain paid invoice files for all Pipeline Hospitals in LA Market.
- Along with the Accounts Payable Supervisor, serve as a backup support for Accounts Payable Clerks.
- Assists the Accounts Payable Supervisor, Controllers and Regional CFO with special projects as needed.
Education/Experience:
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be proficient in use of word processing and spreadsheet applications and hospital information technology systems.
