Aug Prep currently enrolls over 1,800 students. Our first three graduating classes earned over $21 million in college scholarships! Construction is complete on our second building which opened in August 2023 and will add nearly 500 more new student seats and 50 additional job openings in the upcoming year.

Reporting Structure: The HR Generalist will report to the HR Manager.
Job Summary: An Aug Prep HR Generalist is an integral member of the HR team. This person will be a team-player, and care deeply about people. The candidate will have a flexible mindset to accomplish a variety of projects and goals to support our organizational mission. The candidate will also be detail-oriented, take initiative, manage projects, and persevere through challenges.
Job Duties: Our HR team is growing to support the booming employee growth at our school which includes adding 50 new roles this year alone! Like any nimble nonprofit team, we wear many hats and do whatever it takes to advance our mission. We are looking for someone with experience in at least two of the following areas to support our team:
