As theGlobal Account Manageryou will be responsible for MEC's service quality the assigned key account(s), retention and growth of the client's volume, revenue, and profitability. You will work to understand the client's needs, identify expectations, measure service feedback, and centralize reporting under the Global Account Management Program. You will play a key role in establishing and maintaining a long-term, strategic relationship with key decision makers and influences within the account on a consistent basis.
