Job Classification: Fast Casual Restaurant General Manager 

Job type: Full-time, Experience Required 

Reports to: Director of Operations 

Job Responsibilities:

· Great communication and teamwork

· Ability to multitask with a smile in a fast-paced environment

· Manage a team of restaurant staff

· Ensure highest standards of customer service

· Maintaining food quality and sanitation standards

· Works well under pressure

· Ability to make decisions in stressful/high risk situations

· Protects our guests and staff by providing a safe and clean store environment

· Maintaining cleanliness in every sense of the word

· Adhering to scheduling and labor budgets on a weekly basis

· Ordering and budgeting of restaurant needs

· Hitting weekly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals

· Detail oriented

Qualifications:

· Previous General Manager experience within the restaurant or food service industry

· Excellent written and communication skills

· Strong leadership skills

· Food Handler’s Certification required

· Open availability (including night and weekends)

· 18 years old or older

Compensation: starting at $65,000
