MISSION OF THE POSITION
The HR Coordinator provides comprehensive HR support in areas of recruiting, onboarding, HR policy administration, and records management. The HR Coordinator will need to maintain familiarity with the areas of benefits and payroll administration. This position is also responsible for advising company managers regarding HR issues and assist with employee relations programs and events.

Members Choice Credit Union opened its doors in 1932, as Armco Employees Credit Union. In 1989, we moved to our Russell Road location so we could properly facilitate our member's needs. In the early 1990's, our credit union began to grow and we began offering our services to additional employee groups. In 1993, we changed our name to Members Choice Credit Union to properly reflect that our membership retains the ownership. Our logo still retains the trusted Armco triangle to represent our respect for Armco and those that helped us to get where we are. In 2003, we opened a new branch in Cannons...burg to better serve our community and our membership. In 2010, Members Choice Credit Union was granted a community charter, which gives us the ability to offer membership to anyone who lives, works, worships, or attends school in the fivco area. Members Choice is a not-for-profit cooperative association formed by the people, for the people. We were specifically created for the purpose of encouraging thrift among our members, and creating a source of credit at a fair and reasonable rate of interest. As a member, you are also an owner and have a voice in the operations and management of your credit union. Our operations are controlled by a volunteer Board of Directors.
