The Human Resources Intern will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This internship entails gaining knowledge and experience in Human Resources by actively participating in meetings, assisting management/leadership, and engaging in designated HR projects.
One key project involves creating a strategic database of all roles and job descriptions to aid workforce planning, recruitment, and development of job architecture.
Other responsibilities include assisting with preparation for Fall University Recruiting, which includes coordinating career fairs, managing branding materials, and advertising job postings on various hiring platforms specific to University Relations.
Additionally, the role involves assisting with the full cycle recruitment process, including resume review, interview scheduling, applicant tracking system management, and pre-onboarding clearances.
The position also offers opportunities to take on additional tasks or projects to gain exposure to and learn more about interdepartmental functions.
