Job Overview - The Human Resources Intern will be involved in and contribute to a variety of Human Resources functions and projects related to our clients and our overall business. The HR Intern will be responsible for helping to create Handbooks, Job Descriptions, Salary Market Research, FLSA Audits, Recruiting and many other HR related tasks and projects.

Job Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or have a Bachelor's degree.
• One to two years office setting environment experience is a plus.
• Professional demeanor.
• Proficient in MS Office products, specifically in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams. Experience with Visio is a plus.
• Exceptional organization skills.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to flex and multi-task.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
