Position Summary:
Job Title: HR Administration
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Location: Houston, TX - 77079
Job Description:
Selected candidate will provide support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include reporting, interviewing, HR Data Analytics, LMS (Learning Management System) maintenance, Exit interviews, Create Presentations.
3-5 years HR experience, mainly in analytics and reporting.
SAP experience is a most as well as mastering MS Office (Excel, PPT, Teams and SharePoint.
Power BI is preferred.
Must be knowledgeable of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the HR field.
Responsibilities:
Running and creating reports, analyzing data, developing presentations, Maintenance of LMS, conducting Exit Interviews, conducting interviews. Scheduling and managing calendar.
Very strong attention to detail, collaboration and communication skills are requited.
Mastering of MS Office is required (specially excel).
Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks is required.
