Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our mission. As the first hire in the HR department, the HR Manager will have the exciting opportunity to build and shape the HR function from the ground up. This role will oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and more. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our organizational values and goals, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture where every team member can thrive.
