MediaOS is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Nashville, TN

Part-time SDR role in SaaS space with $100K potential!

The short version is you’ll schedule software demos to introduce a market to a solution they really want but don’t know exists and be paid $30/hour with bonuses that can quickly double your income at goal minimums with top performers exceeding $100K. For background, MediaOS is a well-established, self-funded, debt-free SaaS company based in Nashville that over the past decade has built the best-in-class solution for the media industry (4.7/5 Capterra rating) and is now introducing a groundbreaking new platform that has no competition. As our SDR you’ll reach out to the market through provided lists and execute a multi-stage campaign to set demo appointments for our highly experienced team. It’s a highly rewarding position that introduces the market to a solution that they really want but don’t know exists.

Qualifications – Sales Development Representative

  • Prior experience with outbound appointment setting/sales activity and CRM tracking.
  • In-office (East Nashville), part-time flexibility (15 to 30 hours available) within normal business hours of 8-5, Monday-Friday.
  • Naturally quick rapport builder with strong emotional intelligence, communication skills and sales ability, that’s very comfortable calling people they don’t know with a “never met a stranger” mentality.
  • Experienced making calls, being told no, not taking it personally, and not being deterred from the goal.
  • Tech savvy with the ability initially learn one platform solution to sell and later graduate through the remaining 20 solutions in rotation.

Key Functions – Sales Development Representative

  • Two-week training process of learning one of the platform solutions and shadowing demos being made to understand what you’re selling and why.
  • The flexibility to develop a schedule that helps you achieve your goals and meets or exceeds the minimum goal of scheduling 1 demo a day and 5 per week.
  • Execute a combination of calls, emails etc. to introduce prospects to a solution they don’t know exists.
  • Begin a rotation to learn the other 20 solutions you can target and sell once established and successful with the first assigned solution.
