Entry-Level Digital Marketing Specialist

Our Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in the execution of this new platform with clients while advancing his/her knowledge and capabilities in marketing fundamental building blocks, data metrics, performance optimization, etc. It’s a terrific opportunity to grow your digital marketing chops in a positive, energizing environment with plenty of opportunities to grow with us!

Qualifications – Digital Marketing Specialist

• Requires the natural ability to organize information, conceptualize process flow, problem solve, and project manage.
• Experience serving and supporting clients with a high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills is required.
• While we don’t require a high level of technical expertise, any experience modifying or adding elements to a website in WordPress is a plus with basic knowledge of CSS and HTML ideal.
• Quick learner that’s interested in technology and marketing applications.
• The first 90 days will be in-person at our East Nashville Office (M-F, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm) and progress to a hybrid schedule.

Key Functions – Digital Marketing Specialist

• Websites – Set up client websites, input content along with some basic configuring (training provided).
• Account Management – Effectively serve, support, and engage assigned clients through requests and ongoing project execution.
• Account Development – Keep clients informed of new beneficial features, offerings, capabilities, and implement desired upgrades.
• Website Administration – Maintain websites, analyze data, and optimize web features using HTML and CSS (training provided).
• Support Tickets – Manage support tickets, making changes to the client’s website as requested.
• Continual Learning – Continually advance your knowledge and capabilities in marketing fundamental building blocks, building out sites, analyzing data, and optimizing performance.
