McGuireWoods LLP has an opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist in our Richmond office. The A/P Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing invoice requests and expense reports. The ideal candidate will have two years of experience, excellent customer skills and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities
- Review submitted expense reports or invoice requests for accuracy and completeness
- Analyze expenses and invoices to ensure proper coding and they comply with firm policies
- Research to provide payment information and history to our internal clients and answer vendor inquiries
- Communicate daily with internal clients to resolve issues, document with detailed notes, and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Requires high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience or equivalent combination of education and previous business experience
- Customer service orientation and ability to work as part of a dynamic team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
