The ideal candidate must meet these minimum requirements:

Minimum two-years Quick Books experience
Strong Accounting Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with all levels of management
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to change
Ability to work independently and as a team
Proficient on Outlook and Word. Advanced level with Excel
Proven leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
Good judgement with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage Purchase Orders, Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable
Copy, Scan, collate, file and maintain overall operations of administrative department
Project management; coordinate company meetings on all levels
Create monthly production reports for executive members
Management of office supply inventory and employee space needs
