Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and the ability to work independently or in a group setting. This position will provide administrative support to various departments within the organization.
Duties:
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, scanning, faxing, and
mailing
- Perform data entry, manage and maintain files, records, and documents
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department or individual
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents and spreadsheets
- Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Update and maintain office policies/procedures, office supplies and inventory
- Handle confidential information with discretion
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role required
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Experience in an auto dealership or car sales office setting is a plus
