Pay Range: $16 to $18 DOE
Availability: Full Time | Monday to Friday - 7:45AM to 4:30PM

Behavior Frontiers is an industry leader in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment for autism and other special needs. We are on a continuous journey to explore, assess, and develop only the highest quality ABA treatments and solutions delivered by best-in-class clinical professionals. We are rapidly expanding and seeking an ABA Administrative Office Assistant for our San Antonio, TX location to contribute to the success of the company. We are looking for an individual with a friendly demeanor, strong work ethic, great organizational skills, and has some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook).

How will you help create a World Without Limits:

• Run the front reception desk and welcome incoming clients and visitors
• Assist with data filing
• Prepare necessary client materials
• Distribute and/or forward all incoming office mail
• Ensure the office is organized at all times
• Other duties assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good interpersonal skills and a cooperative attitude
• Good organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creativity (e.g., ideas for decorating for autism awareness month)
• A professional and friendly demeanor
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Reliable car and be willing to drive daily (as required)
• Some knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to provide negative TB test results
• Ability to clear FBI & DOJ fingerprinting
• BA preferred, but not necessary
• Previous experience as a Behavior Technician preferred, but not necessary
• Interest and ability to complete Behavior Technician training
