Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant interacts with DAMC Managers, other Administrative Assistants, and homeowners on a daily basis to complete a multitude of tasks that arise daily.
Personality Characteristics:
.We are looking for a dynamic individual. One who is a self-starter with a positive “can do” attitude. One who can correspond well, both verbally and written and can multitask to excel in meeting the challenges that each day brings.
List of Responsibilities:
· Provides Assistance to Association Managers.
· Answers phone calls from homeowners making inquiries.
· Assists with preparing and mailing out meeting notices and other correspondence to homeowners.
· Attends Annual Meetings with Association Manager.
· Updates websites for Association Manager by adding content and documents.
· Process and mail inspection letters.
· Scanning and archiving documents.
· Any other administrative/clerical task as assigned including mail drops.
List of Job Requirements:
· 2 years- experience working for an HOA Management Company, preferred but is negotiable.
· Prior customer service experience.
· Good work ethic with a great attitude and ability to work either individually or on a team.
· We will consider someone without the above experience if you are a dynamic individual who feels this type of work would be interesting and challenging and you have the aptitude to learn the processes.
